You should allow up to16 weeks from the time all of your required information is received at our processing center for you to receive your rebate reward check.  We will make every attempt to provide you with your rebate reward check at the earliest possible date.

What will my rebate reward check look like?

Your rebate reward check will be mailed as a "double post card". In consists of two post cards which are attached together. The outside of the double post card will be clearly marked "YOUR CHECK IS ENCLOSED". Please watch your mail so that your do not inadvertantly discard your check.

When you open the double post card, you will see your check inside. Even though this check may be smaller than other checks you may usually receive, this is a valid check which your bank will accept as any other checks which you normally deposit.

I received a post card – what does it mean?

 

You may receive a post card from us.  We send post cards to communicate information to you when we are processing your request.

 

If your request is for a rebate reward your post card will look similar to the one below.  The post card will indicate the name of the rebate program (on the left side of the post card under our address) and the tracking number (on the right hand side below the horizontal line) we have assigned to process your request.  Also on the post card will be “reasons” listed regarding questions/problems when we reviewed your rebate request.  For a further explanation of “reasons”, see the Reasons section.

 

 

 

If your request is a room air conditioner extended warranty your post card will look similar to the one below.  The post card will acknowledge the receipt of your application for the specified manufacturer and model number purchased from a dealer on a given date.  The post card will further explain that your room air conditioner is covered by your manufacturer’s parts and labor one year warranty and that you will be receiving a formal contract within 120 days.  Our tracking number for this application is listed on the right hand side of the post card below the horizontal line.

I received an email – what does it mean?

If you supplied us with a valid email address when you submitted your rebate/warranty form we will attempt to send you information regarding your submission.

If your request is for a rebate reward:

  • we will send you a confirming email if your submission is valid [please allow up to sixteen (16) weeks to receive your rebate reward check].
  • if your submission is not valid the email will indicate the name of the rebate program and the tracking number we have assigned to process your request.  Also in the email will be “reasons” listed regarding questions/problems when we reviewed your rebate/warranty request.  For a further explanation of “reasons”, see the Reasons section.

If your request is for a room air conditioner warranty

  • if all information is valid you will receive a post card.
  • if your submission is not valid you will be send an email which will indicate the name of the warranty program and the tracking number we have assigned to process your request.  Also in the email will be “reasons” listed regarding questions/problems when we reviewed your rebate/warranty request.  For a further explanation of “reasons”, see the Reasons section.

Why should I make a copy of my rebate/warranty items before I sent them?

Once submitted and received by NECO Alliance, your original paperwork will not be returned to you. It is always a good idea to keep a copy for your reference should there be any questions regarding your rebate/warranty.
